The Fortune Wheel is a common boss in Knife Hit. It only appears in stage 10 along with The Sushi Roll and The Donut.
Appearance[]
Like the name says, this boss looks like a Fortune Wheel, with red, orange, yellow and green parts. It is round shaped like almost all the bosses in this game.
Pattern[]
The Fortune Wheel will first spin slightly in one direction, then spin at a fast speed in the other. It will gradually slow down to a halt, at which point the cycle repeats.

Strategy[]
This boss isn't hard, but the strategy is to be patient. The key moments to throw your knives are when the Fortune Wheel stops after the slight turn and during its gradual slowing down.
